Because of daily price fluctuations in the market, we have developed our “Price Match Challenge” to help you get the best price on every order.
We value your business, and our prices reflect our commitment to your business.
We’ll do our absolute best to beat the competitor pricing.
At Udayan Printing and Packaging, we pride ourselves on having exceptional prices. If by chance you find a lower price on the same product, specifications, and shipping – call us at
01688-483697 and we'll do our very best to match it.
A friendly customer service representative will take your job specs and competing site information. Once we have confirmed the lower price we will notify you by phone or email to determine if you wish to process the order at the matched price. If we were unable to confirm the price we will notify you and determine if you have additional information.
How does the Price Match Challenge work?
When you send us a competitor's price, we compare the price and order specifications with what we offer. We take into account the product, the competitor, and how long you have been a customer when determining a price. You will receive one of the following emails or call within 24 to 48 hours of submission:
Price Matched:
Your order has been Price Matched!
Best Price:
After review, we were not able to Price Match this product, however we have submitted the
BEST price we can offer.
Unable to Match:
After review, we were unable to match the price. Explanation will be provided.
Terms & Conditions
We will match the advertised price of any print job from any other printer. Here are a few things you should know in order for our price matching to apply:
- All specs for the order must be the same.
- Price match must be inclusive of freight, shipping, setup, graphics and delivery if applicable.
- Jobs must be quoted on sheet-fed offset presses, using the same stock, print quality and turnaround times.
- We’ll need to know the competitor’s name, for verification purposes.
- We reserve the right to decline any job that doesn’t fit within our business model.
- We will price match as long as accurate proof is provided (invoice, receipt etc.)
All the information requested must be provided in order for a decision to be made. We make no guarantee that any price will be matched or beaten. Final decisions on Price Match Challenges are at the sole discretion of BD Print.
